- Contact us with a quote request. Be sure to include as many details about your project as possible!
- We will respond to your request within 48 hours. A member of our team will also provide you with information about our payment options.
- Once we have agreed upon pricing, we will determine a due-date schedule for file delivery and payment.
After we have finalized a contract, we will set you up with a customer account. From your customer control panel, you can view quotes, view and pay invoices, and retrieve your project files. All of your completed projects will be available to you via your customer account so you can access your files from anywhere at any time.
We at Fandom Services are committed to offering flexible billing options to make our projects affordable for every budget. We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
- Payment in Full
You may choose to pay the entire balance of your project upfront before work begins. For projects costing less than $50 USD, payment is due in full before work will begin.
- 50-50% Arrangement
Half of the overall project cost is due upfront, with the remaining 50% due within 72 hours of project completion and file delivery.
- Structured Payment Plan
This option allows you to pay a certain amount toward your balance weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Structured payments are especially popular with long-term clients who are commissioning translations of entire manga or anime series.
